Mirus Software AG is a Swiss hospitality back-office specialist founded in 1993 in Davos, selling HR, payroll, time-tracking, staff scheduling and financial accounting software to hotels, restaurants and tourism/leisure operators. Its flagship Mirus BUSINESS suite bundles Swissdec-certified payroll (Mirus Lohn), time capture (Mirus Time), the Mirus NEO employee app, Mirus Finance, and the AI forecasting/auto-scheduling module Prognolite acquired in 2024. Everything it sells is staff-facing: there is no guest CRM, no loyalty, no gift-card or stored-value product anywhere in the portfolio. Owned by Austrian investor Alpha VCX since October 2023 (previously P&I Personal & Informatik from 2012), it is now rolling up DACH hospitality HR, having bought German payroll provider lohn-ag.de in September 2025 and rebranded it Mirus Deutschland.
