Guestnet
Guest appGuest experience platform (VAT 03142940216) selling a guest web-app, in-room/lobby TV, print templates and a website/CRM widget, plus digital guest directory and online check-in/check-out. Distributes hotel content across app, TV, print and web from one content base and markets targeted upselling. Integrates with third-party PMS and CRM.
straiv (formerly CODE2ORDER)
Guest appstraiv is a Stuttgart-based SaaS vendor that digitises the hotel guest journey through a browser-based progressive web app — online check-in/check-out with digital registration forms, self-service kiosks, mobile door opening, digital payment, automated guest messaging, a digital guest directory/concierge and upselling. Founded in 2015 as CODE2ORDER (rebranded to straiv in February 2022), it is owner-managed by co-founder/CEO Alexander Haußmann and states 3,400+ hotel customers across 30 countries, concentrated in DACH and wider Europe. It is an integration layer rather than a system of record: it sits on top of PMSs (Apaleo, Mews, Oracle OPERA Cloud and Suite 8, protel, Sihot, Guestline, ASA, Casablanca, ibelsa, Infor, Shiji Daylight), lock systems and PSPs, writing ancillary charges back to the guest folio. It sells no loyalty programme, guest CRM, voucher or stored-value product today.
Giggle.tips
UpsellExperience and ancillary commerce platform for hospitality — 'the new way of experience communication in hospitality'. Sells experiences, services and activities across the whole guest journey, with a public API, reseller programme and integrations into 100+ hotel tools. Positions itself explicitly on 'growth beyond the room'.
LoungeUp (now D-EDGE CRM)
CRMLoungeUp is a Paris-based hospitality CRM founded in 2011 by Mathieu Pollet and Lionel Tressens (its own site dates the company to 2012) that centralises guest profiles and automates guest communication across email, SMS, WhatsApp and Messenger, plus online check-in, mobile key, a guest app/digital directory, upselling and the Dmbook staff-operations tool. It was acquired by D-EDGE — the hotel-distribution subsidiary of Accor — in March 2024 and rebranded D-EDGE CRM in July 2025, positioning it as the guest-relationship layer of D-EDGE's CRS + booking engine one-stop-shop. Since joining D-EDGE it ships a built-in Loyalty Programme module: hotel-branded tiers with rules on stays or spend, automatic perks and members-only rates, and a digital loyalty card inside the guest account, wired to the D-EDGE Booking Engine to drive direct bookings.
Quinta (formerly Quicktext) — Velma
ChatbotQuicktext was founded in Paris in 2017 by Daniel C. Doppler and Benjamin Devisme and rebranded to "Quinta — the Quintessence of Data" in January 2026; quicktext.im now 301-redirects to quinta.im. Its flagship product is Velma, an AI agent that sits on a hotel's website, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and WeChat, answers guest questions in 38 languages, and pushes visitors into the property's own booking engine. Around Velma the company has built a modular platform — Q-Data (structured property knowledge base), Q-Channel (syndicating that data to OTAs, GDS, metasearch and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity), Q-SEO, Q-Sales (lead tracking), Q-Task (guest request routing) and Q-Hub (guest messaging inbox). It is a conversion and guest-communication layer, not a system of record: it captures contact details and intent and pushes them into third-party CRMs (Salesforce, Cendyn, Revinate, Thynk, Dynamics), and it does not sell loyalty programmes, stored value, wallets or vouchers.
