Bozen / Bolzano, Italy
PH Hotel (Podini)
PH Hotel is the hospitality division of the Podini family holding of Bolzano and operates three properties inside the city's old town, all within walking distance of one another: Castel Hörtenberg, a 5-star boutique hotel with 24 rooms and suites in a Renaissance castle first built in 1471 by Leonhard Hiertmair; Stadt Hotel Città, the 4-star-superior, 91-room neo-baroque house that has stood on Piazza Walther since 1913; and Palais Hörtenberg, 34 serviced apartments on Via Museo launched in 2022. Together the three carry 149 units. The operating entity is PH HOTEL S.R.L. - G.M.B.H., VAT and tax code 03021560218, REA BZ 225445, registered office Via Monte Tondo 4 in Bolzano, incorporated on 20 November 2019 with share capital of €100,000. Alessandro Podini is the managing director; the family is in its third and fourth generation and traces the business to Podini Oreste & Co., founded in 1920. Star ratings are confirmed in the South Tyrol Open Data Hub: Castel Hörtenberg is registered as a 5-star hotel at Hörtenbergstraße 4, Stadt Hotel Città as 4-star-superior at Waltherplatz 21, and Palais Hörtenberg as a three-sun guest accommodation at Museumstraße 50. Stadt Hotel Città is not owned by the group: the building belongs to the municipality of Bolzano and PH Hotel s.r.l. won a 20-year operating concession at auction in September 2020 with a bid of €610,000, then reopened the house in July 2021 after a restoration carried out together with the South Tyrolean brewer Birra FORST. The commercial footprint reaches well beyond room nights. Castel Hörtenberg runs the Le Segrete and Le Meridiane restaurants, a spa with sauna, Turkish bath, hydrotherapy, salt room and a heated garden pool, a Technogym fitness room, a historic vaulted wine cellar and a weddings-and-events business. Stadt Hotel Città operates Bistrot Città, a café on the square, a gym and spa with bio sauna, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool and relaxation room, and a meeting room for 25–30 people. Palais Hörtenberg offers a reception, a wellness area, a 24-hour gym, self-service laundry, underground parking, breakfast and paid daily cleaning, and markets a dedicated set of services for extended business stays that includes use of the Città meeting room. Several of these are sold directly to non-residents: a day spa at €70 at Castel and €25 with a treatment at Città, a five-course Le Segrete tasting menu at €95 (€150 with local wine pairings), brunch at €30–35 and an aperitivo at €35. In February 2026 the group launched a single corporate identity uniting the three houses under the PH Hotel name while keeping each property's own brand, and announced an acquisition programme: one or two more 4- and 5-star houses possibly during 2026 and a third in 2027, in Bolzano and elsewhere in Alto Adige, with Trentino as an option, either as owner or as operator. Alessandro Podini has stated group revenue of about €14 million a year at an EBITDAR margin of 27–30%. Technically the three houses share one distribution vendor and very little else. Booking runs through ErmesHotels — a brand acquired by Blastness in January 2025 — with three sequential hotel identifiers on one account, and both Castel Hörtenberg and Stadt Hotel Città operate an ErmesHotels e-shop selling gift vouchers, spa passes, tasting menus and brunches. Everything above that layer is per property: three separate WordPress builds on three different themes, two different web agencies, two separate Quicktext chatbot licences, and reputation and rate-intelligence tooling installed on the castle only. There is no group website, no shared guest account and no loyalty programme; the only repeat-guest mechanism found is a promotional code handed to departing guests at Palais Hörtenberg for use on a later direct booking.

Quinta (formerly Quicktext) — Velma
Quicktext (Velma) — TWO separate licences
Quicktext was founded in Paris in 2017 by Daniel C. Doppler and Benjamin Devisme and rebranded to "Quinta — the Quintessence of Data" in January 2026; quicktext.im now 301-redirects to quinta.im. Its flagship product is Velma, an AI agent that sits on a hotel's website, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and WeChat, answers guest questions in 38 languages, and pushes visitors into the property's own booking engine. Around Velma the company has built a modular platform — Q-Data (structured property knowledge base), Q-Channel (syndicating that data to OTAs, GDS, metasearch and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity), Q-SEO, Q-Sales (lead tracking), Q-Task (guest request routing) and Q-Hub (guest messaging inbox). It is a conversion and guest-communication layer, not a system of record: it captures contact details and intent and pushes them into third-party CRMs (Salesforce, Cendyn, Revinate, Thynk, Dynamics), and it does not sell loyalty programmes, stored value, wallets or vouchers.
Data, Integrations & Infrastructure 3
Google Analytics & Tag Manager
Google Analytics 4 + Tag Manager + Google Ads
Google's web analytics (GA4) and tag management (GTM) stack — the near-universal default for hotel websites, usually deployed as a single GTM container that loads GA4, ad pixels and consent tooling.
Usercentrics
Cookiebot (Usercentrics)
Consent management platform (CMP) for cookie and tracking consent under GDPR, widely deployed across DACH hotel websites. Also owns Cookiebot, which is already in this registry as a separate row.

LTS AG (Landesverband der Tourismusorganisationen Südtirols)
LTS / South Tyrol Open Data Hub records
Operator of the South Tyrolean tourism data and availability infrastructure. LTS is the licence holder and source of record for accommodation master data published through IDM Südtirol's Open Data Hub (tourism.opendatahub.com) and re-used by suedtirol.info, vinschgau.net and every local destination portal. It also underpins MSS (Marketing System Südtirol), the regional availability/booking layer.
Running several of these systems at once?
Blue connects an existing hotel stack into one guest profile and one loyalty balance across every property — without replacing the PMS.
