P&H Family (P&H Management S.r.l.)

P&H Family is the hotel arm of P&H Management S.r.l. / P&H Management G.m.b.H., a Merano company owned and run by Dr. Barbara Hölzl and Dr. Stefano Pippi — the H and the P in the name. It operates three hotels inside the spa town of Merano, all within walking distance of one another: Flora Hotel & Suites, a 3-star garni with 60 rooms and suites on Via XXX Aprile with direct access to the Passer promenade, a garden and a heated outdoor pool, which the family took over on 15 January 2008 and still uses as its registered office; City Hotel Merano, a 4-star-superior house opened in July 2013 on Via Mainardo with 46 two- and three-room suites of 38–68 m² plus Classic single and double rooms, a City SPA with steam bath, bio sauna, relax room, summer terrace whirlpool and gym, a treatment menu, an underground garage and EV charging; and Hotel Villa Laurus, a 3-star villa hotel of 40 rooms opened in spring 2019 in the Maia Bassa residential quarter with a large garden, a heated outdoor pool and underground parking. Documented keys across the three come to at least 146. The company files accounts as an S.r.l.: FY2024 turnover €6,384,849 with a net profit of €297,535, against €6,441,186 and €410,304 in FY2023 and €5,982,538 and €693,350 in FY2022. It employs 50–70 people. VAT and tax code IT02735620219, REA BZ-201305, share capital €11,000 fully paid. The commercial model is deliberately bed-and-breakfast. None of the three hotels runs a lunch or dinner restaurant; instead the group operates the 'P&H Family Restaurantcard', which gives its guests 10% off all dishes at fourteen named independent restaurants in Merano, from pizzerias to the gourmet restaurant Sissi by Andrea Fenoglio. Alongside it sit a Terme Merano partnership (5% off entries and treatments plus priority entry), a Merano racecourse partnership with discounted tickets for the season, and a mobility benefit covering local buses, regional trains and several cable cars. Guests of the two 3-star houses use the City Hotel's spa and book its massages at their own reception, and City Hotel guests use the Flora's pool — the hotels are run as one estate rather than three. Gift vouchers, including open-value ones, are sold by telephone and email, separately per hotel; there is no online voucher shop and no points or tier programme. Web presence is a single WordPress site, hotelsmerano.it, built by the Merano agency Made in Cima on a bespoke 'ph-family' theme with WPML, Gravity Forms and the agency's own consent plugin. Booking runs on Vertical Booking, with a separate branded instance for each hotel. Re:Guest supplies the guest messenger and the newsletter, configured in multi-property mode with one tenant and three facility codes. Guest reviews are collected and published on the hotels' own pages rather than through a third-party reputation platform. The company is certified by TourCert and was awarded the South Tyrol Sustainability Label at Level 3, the highest level, in 2023. It supports local handball and futsal clubs and funds a Plan International agricultural training project for young women in Rwanda. Barbara Hölzl sits on the board of the HGV hoteliers' association in Merano and on the board of the town's Kurverwaltung / Azienda di Soggiorno; Stefano Pippi, a tax adviser who spent years in the HGV tax department, has run the consultancy Data Consult since 2003.

Re:Guest (ReGuest S.p.A.)

Re:Guest — MULTI-PROPERTY MODE

Re:Guest is a South Tyrolean hotel CRM and guest-communication platform founded in 2014 in Merano by Michael Mitterhofer, Denis Pellegrini and Stefan Plattner, who had run a tourism marketing agency together since 1999. The product started as an "emotional", web-based alternative to static PDF offers and grew into a full sales-and-marketing suite: guest profiling and segmentation, an omnichannel inbox spanning email, WhatsApp, Instagram/Facebook and a website widget, automated offers and upsell campaigns, newsletter marketing, an AI agent layer branded CR:IS, a BI module, and a web-based guest app covering digital guest directory, F&B/spa/activity ordering and self-checkout. The operating entity ReGuest S.p.A. has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange's direct market plus since December 2024 and reported preliminary FY2025 revenue of EUR 6.66m. It is consolidating adjacent hospitality-tech vendors through majority and minority stakes (Zeppelin Hotel Tech, UP Hotel Agency, orderando, Indicate).
