Pflersch / Fleres, Italy
Feuerstein Group (Familie Mader)
The Feuerstein Group is an owner-operated alpine hospitality group built by Peter Mader at the head of the Pflersch valley near the Brenner pass, in the hamlet of St. Anton at about 1,250–1,300 m. Its Italian operations trade as Feuerstein GmbH (VAT IT03058360219, REA BZ-228434), a limited company registered in December 2019 with €100,000 of capital, which reported revenue of €24.57 million and a net profit of €1.74 million for the 2025 financial year with 198 employees. Three accommodation properties sit within a few hundred metres of one another on the same valley road and all three trade under that single company. The Feuerstein Nature Family Resort at Pflersch 185 is a five-star family resort with sixteen published room, suite and chalet categories from 35 to 105 m², sleeping up to six, sold with three-quarter board at published from-rates of €274 to €570 per person per night. The house is open roughly ten and a half months a year and employs around 150 people on site. LaMonte Premium Apartments at Pflersch 89 is a four-star-superior apartment house with 18 apartments and 52 beds, its own indoor pool and sauna area, and a breakfast service. Hotel Bergkristall at Pflersch 88 is a three-star hotel with 33 rooms and 70 beds beside the Ladurns ski and hiking area, from €65 per person with breakfast. A fourth property and a restaurant sit across the border in Kitzbühel under a separate Austrian company, LAMONTE Gastro GmbH (UID ATU77160224): two LaMonte Luxury Apartments of 190 m² and 85 m² at the Hahnenkamm valley station, from €500 and €400 a night, and the LaMonte Wine, Gourmet Food and Bistro on the ground floor. Both carry the line 'Member of the Feuerstein Group'. The resort's revenue-earning surfaces reach well beyond the room. The Mountain Spa runs to 3,000 m² over four floors with four pools, a family sauna, an adults-only area with rooftop whirlpool, a yoga loft, a 160 m² gym and a heated swimming lake; a Day Spa is sold to non-residents at €90 per adult or €210 per family including lunch and afternoon buffets. A riding stable with a heated indoor arena sells pony rides from €30 and private lessons at €85; an adjoining farm keeps alpacas, donkeys, sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits, cows and pigs. The Artifex gourmet restaurant, on its own subdomain under chef Andrea Moccia, and a Concept Store selling an own-label children's cosmetics line, 'pure by Feuerstein', developed with the South Tyrolean pharmacist Dr. Garber Cosmetics, both opened recently, as did a padel court priced separately for house guests (€25) and outside visitors (€35). The resort heats itself with a woodchip plant and generates its own electricity from a hydro plant. Commercially the group runs on a notably split estate. The resort books through Seekda KUBE on its own officialbookings.com domain under property code IT_BRE_FEUERSTEI with Datatrans as the payment provider; LaMonte Premium Apartments runs a second, separate Seekda instance (hotel code S004292); Hotel Bergkristall and the Kitzbühel apartments book through HGV's Booking Südtirol widget. ADDITIVE of Lana is named in the imprints as the group's online-marketing agency and supplies the newsletter, the gift-voucher shop and the tracking that runs inside the booking funnel — but under two separate tenant instances, 'feuerstein-info' and 'lamonte-it'. A repeat-guest club with its own login and registration runs on KunLeiSys, a German guest-loyalty platform with a points and tier system, at the resort only. Each property has its own website, its own web agency and its own analytics container. The family's interests extend beyond hospitality: the resort's own recruitment pages state that the employer is the Mader family and that Feuerstein belongs to the Mader group alongside a large plumbing and building-services company and a construction company. Mader GmbH of Sterzing (VAT IT02283630214) reported revenue of €23.88 million and a profit of €2.84 million for 2024 with 98 employees.

Cookiebot (Cookiebot CMP by Usercentrics)
Cookiebot
Cookiebot is a consent management platform (CMP) that puts a cookie/tracking consent banner on a website, automatically scans the domain each month to discover and classify every cookie and third-party script, blocks non-essential trackers until the visitor consents, and stores an auditable consent log. It was launched in Denmark in 2012 by Cybot A/S and merged into Munich-based Usercentrics in September 2021; it is now sold as "Cookiebot by Usercentrics" as the self-service / SMB tier alongside the enterprise Usercentrics CMP. It is a Google-certified CMP with native Google Consent Mode v2 support for GTM, GA4 and Google Ads. The company states it runs on 2.4M+ websites and apps for 600,000+ customers and processes around 8.8B consents per month.
