Andreus Resorts is a three-hotel family business in the Passeiertal near Meran, operated by the Fink family and trading through a single legal entity, Andreus Golfhotel GmbH (VAT IT02473000210, REA BZ-0180958, share capital €100,000 fully paid, legal representative Richard Fink). One company, one brand and one website carry all three houses — the group's own line is '1 Familie – 1 Philosophie – 1 Marke – 3 Hotels'. Three CIN accommodation codes are published in the Impressum, two for the comune of St. Leonhard in Passeier and one for St. Martin in Passeier. The houses are the Andreus Golf & SPA Resort (5★, 85 rooms and suites, In der Kellerlahn 3/A, 590 m), the Golf Lodge (5★ adults-only, 35 suites, Prantach 3, 586 m, about 600 m away) and the Sonnenalm (4★, 45 rooms, Sonnenweg 3, 531 m, in the neighbouring comune of St. Martin about 3.7 km south). All three are confirmed against the South Tyrol Open Data Hub. Legacy domains andreus.it, golf-lodge.it and sonnenalm.it all redirect to the single group site. The non-room footprint is large and almost entirely priced outside board. The Andreus publishes an 8,000 m² wellness area (its own FAQ and its booking-engine record say 7,000 m²) with ten saunas, a 85 m² DOME event sauna the house describes as the largest in the Alps with up to six show infusions a day, a −85 °C cryotherapy chamber at €48 for 15 minutes, and the Vital Spa offering massages, facials, cosmetics, physiotherapy, a solarium and a hairdresser. The Golf Lodge adds a further 4,000 m² with a rooftop 34 °C saltwater pool, a 580 m² natural bathing lake and a Nature Spa; the Sonnenalm has a Wellness House and the 'Wellnessalm' beauty farm. A Day Spa is sold to non-residents on request at €150 per person with breakfast or €170 with dinner, and a departure-day Day Spa at €30. The group also runs its own riding stable with paddock and petting zoo below the Andreus, a three-floor Fitness Tower, a Sport Area at the Golf Lodge with tennis, padel, pickleball, beach volleyball, badminton and a nine-hole mini golf, three further tennis courts and a padel court at the Sonnenalm, a Golfino kids club, a souvenir shop, a wine shop and a boutique operated by Sport Mode Pircher. Its most distinctive asset is an own-label product family built by the second generation. Junior manager Daniel Fink, a diploma sommelier and cheese sommelier, created FINKI'S — a Merlot and a Weissburgunder with the Kornellhof estate, a grappa and Fuji-apple brandy with the Wezl distillery, a gin with the Walcher distillery, and two raw-milk cheeses affined with Hansi Baumgartner of Degust. On 29 April 2026 the family added the FINKIS Beauty Linie developed with Vinoble Cosmetics: vegan cleansers, serums, masks and peels, some formulated with the house's own white wine, priced from €36 and €45 and sold over the beauty reception counter for home use. The cheeses appear on the buffets and the gin and grappa at the bars of all three houses. On 14 April 2026 the travel magazine Connoisseur Circle ranked the Andreus first among South Tyrolean hotels for active guests and the Golf Lodge first among adults-only hotels. A member of the sauna team, Sarah Niederkofler, holds the Italian show-infusion championship for a second time (2025). A capex cycle completed in 2025 added the Sport Area (March), air conditioning across the Andreus, and Sky Panorama and Sky Alpine Family suites plus three roughly 190 m² Sky Villas with private pool, sauna and jacuzzi (summer). The commercial stack is split across several specialist vendors. The website runs on vioma's Condeon CMS with vioma's CST7 booking engine; enquiries and offer correspondence run on Brandnamic's eHotelier; gift vouchers are sold through the Brandnamic Voucher App; the newsletter and behavioural tracking run on ADDITIVE; guest messaging runs on Guestly's AI WhatsApp assistant with three separate business identities. Online marketing, support and SEO are handled by Plaschke Consulting of Meran. No repeat-guest programme, member area, guest login or guest app is published anywhere on the group's site.
