Dolomit Family Resorts

Two all-inclusive family resorts in Rasen-Antholz in the Antholzertal, marketed together as 'Dolomit Family' but legally two separate companies: the 4-star Familotel Alpenhof (Alpenhof KG der Anna Lisa Preindl & Co., VAT IT00384260212, 39 rooms, Niederrasner Straße 27) and the 4-star-superior Kinderhotel Garberhof (GARBERHOF KG der Andrea Preindl & Co., VAT IT02818560217, CIN IT021071A1L5OEI9HO, 30 rooms, Hinteraue 6). The two houses are less than 500 metres apart at about 1,020–1,030 m altitude, 5.5 km from the Kronplatz ski area and next to the Südtirol Arena biathlon stadium. The Preindl family are farmers in the fourth generation as well as hoteliers, and the working farm at Hinteraue 4 — separately registered as a 3-flower Farm in the LTS master data — is shared: Alpenhof guests are sent 500 m up the road to the Garberhof's animals, and the Garberhof kitchen cooks with its own farm produce. The Alpenhof occupies a heritage-protected building with seven Stuben and an in-house Vinothek; the Garberhof is the newer, higher-category house with suites in five linked chalets and 'PinoLandia' over two floors. The product is genuinely all-inclusive: full board including a 4- or 5-course evening menu, non-alcoholic drinks, 65+ hours a week of supervised childcare from six months of age, baby equipment, bikes and e-bikes, ski and hiking guides and a 20,000 m² outdoor park at the Alpenhof are all inside the rate. Published rates run €120–165 per person per night at the Alpenhof and €372–592 per room per night at the Garberhof. What is billed separately is a short list: spa treatments and cosmetics (including children's massages from age 6), table-served drinks and coffee, the Vinothek, ski school, pets, late check-out and the airport shuttle. In February 2026 the Garberhof formed part of the Olympic Village for the Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics, whose biathlon events were held at the Südtirol Arena in Antholz; the hotel states it was 'available exclusively to the teams' for that period, and Anna Lisa Preindl was involved in the organisation from the start. The technology is agency-run and split cleanly down the middle of the two houses. Three WordPress multisite instances (group, Alpenhof, Garberhof) built by INOOVA GmbH with creative by bielov.com; booking through vioma GmbH (Offenburg) — named in the privacy policy as the operator of the 'Buchungsstrecke' — with a separate vioma CST client per hotel; reviews via vioma BAROMETER; ADDITIVE GmbH of Lana is named in the privacy policy as the retained 'Hotel Marketing Agentur' and runs ADDITIVE+ Landingpage plus cross-channel tracking; one shared Mailchimp list for the group; a Brandnamic voucher shop on the Garberhof only; and a bare bank virtual POS (ATPOS/SSB) for deposits. Each hotel carries its own Google Tag Manager container and its own ADDITIVE tracker ID. There is no group loyalty programme and no shared guest account. Instead each house sits inside a different consortium's guest scheme: the Alpenhof in Familotel with its paid digital Happy-Card (€99 for three years, 5% off direct bookings, an annual paper coupon booklet, offers by post, a €20 referral voucher), and the Garberhof in Original Kinderhotels Europa, whose cross-hotel value voucher runs on INCERT and can be part-redeemed and stored in a phone wallet. Both hotels also appear under Familienhotels Südtirol and Italy Family Hotels.
