Tiers am Rosengarten / Tires al Catinaccio, Italy

Cyprianerhof Dolomit Resort

A five-star, family-owned resort at 1,175 m in St. Zyprian, at the head of the Tiers valley directly beneath the Rosengarten/Catinaccio massif in the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage area. It trades as HOF S.R.L. / HOF GMBH (VAT IT02427000217, REA BZ-177925, share capital €80,000, incorporated 2005), with Damian Martin as registered legal representative; the hotel's own structured data states 80 rooms and suites across 17 bookable categories from a 20 m² single to the 98 m² Traun Suite and the 93 m² Antermoja Suite with a private pool. Filed FY2022 accounts show €9.64M turnover, €1.65M net profit and ~100 employees. The house opened in 1962 as a twelve-room Gasthof run by Luis and Inge Damian. The second generation, Martin and Margareth Damian, expanded it over two decades, added the spa and earned the fifth star, working since 2003 with architect Hugo Demetz; a six-month rebuild completed in 2016 added a 15-metre climbing hall, underground parking, a new gastronomy building and enlarged wellness and fitness areas, and a 2022 renovation opened up the floor plans of the higher-category rooms. It is now run by the third generation — Michael Damian in management, Monika Damian as head of the kitchen and the whole food-and-beverage programme, and Diego Villegas, a trained bass-baritone, who created and personally runs the cultural programme. The positioning is 'Cultura Dolomiti': mountain, wellbeing, cuisine and the arts treated as one offer rather than four departments. The Similde Spa runs to 2,400 m² with five saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, a natural bathing pond, a salt-water whirlpool, an ice grotto and a Kneipp bath, and is sold to non-residents as a day spa at €68–€202 per person. The treatment menu (Silberquarzit Experience, leGalenica, Team Dr. Joseph) runs to €250, and there is a hair salon and a 'Ladele' retail shop. The restaurant seats 200 and serves a five-course dinner to house guests only; the cellar holds about 4,000 bottles curated by a sommelière on the team since 1999, and the wine list has been recognised at Milano Wine Week. An in-house mountain-guide and activity programme sells guided via-ferrata and climbing tours at €160–€650 per person, e-mountain bikes at €40–€199 and electric cars at €110–€225 per day; meeting and seminar rooms are priced at €130–€380. Under the 'Arte' banner the hotel runs concerts, exhibitions and a Pergolesi opera season (La serva padrona, 22 July – 27 August 2026) with tickets sold publicly through Ticket Tailor and performances open to residents of the valley. Memberships and labels: Belvita Leading Wellnesshotels Südtirol, Vitalpina Hotels Südtirol, Wanderhotels, Pretty Hôtels, KlimaHotel, EarthCheck Silver since 2025, Südtirol sustainability label Level 3, Falstaff Hotel Guide 2026 (93/100) and Falstaff Spa Guide 2026 (94/100), TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Best of the Best 2026. Commercially the stack is unusually fragmented for a single property: a WordPress/Astra site built by the Austrian agency WESEO, a Seekda KUBE booking engine on booking.cyprianerhof.com with Adyen as payment provider, mtsonline rate and availability widgets, a Re:Guest messaging hub for enquiries, a Guestnet guest portal, Smart Host for the newsletter and guest data, a Brandnamic voucher app for gift vouchers, and Ticket Tailor for event tickets — seven vendors between the guest and the hotel. There is no member area, no repeat-guest programme and no reward programme configured anywhere in the booking flow.

Property Management System unknown

ASA Hotelsoftware (ASA)

Unidentified — ASA Hotel is plausible but UNCONFIRMED

The dominant South Tyrolean hotel property management system, founded in Kaltern in 1989 and now selling across Italy, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Sells a full suite around the PMS — reservations, front office and folio, plus booking, channel and CRM/marketing modules — and in 2025 became the PMS partner of Romantik Hotels, its first large multi-property European win. Family-owned rather than PE- or exchange-backed, which shows in a slow, integration-friendly product cadence.

Re:Guest (ReGuest S.p.A.)

Re:Guest (Hub Messenger)

Re:Guest is a South Tyrolean hotel CRM and guest-communication platform founded in 2014 in Merano by Michael Mitterhofer, Denis Pellegrini and Stefan Plattner, who had run a tourism marketing agency together since 1999. The product started as an "emotional", web-based alternative to static PDF offers and grew into a full sales-and-marketing suite: guest profiling and segmentation, an omnichannel inbox spanning email, WhatsApp, Instagram/Facebook and a website widget, automated offers and upsell campaigns, newsletter marketing, an AI agent layer branded CR:IS, a BI module, and a web-based guest app covering digital guest directory, F&B/spa/activity ordering and self-checkout. The operating entity ReGuest S.p.A. has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange's direct market plus since December 2024 and reported preliminary FY2025 revenue of EUR 6.66m. It is consolidating adjacent hospitality-tech vendors through majority and minority stakes (Zeppelin Hotel Tech, UP Hotel Agency, orderando, Indicate).

Web & Marketing Analytics

Google Analytics & Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager (GTM-TNTFVP9)

Google's web analytics (GA4) and tag management (GTM) stack — the near-universal default for hotel websites, usually deployed as a single GTM container that loads GA4, ad pixels and consent tooling.

Running several of these systems at once?

Blue connects an existing hotel stack into one guest profile and one loyalty balance across every property — without replacing the PMS.
