Core Operations & Property Management 1
Property Management System likely
Oracle Hospitality (OPERA)
Property management system — almost certainly OPERA / OPERA Cloud, sending guest confirmation and pre-arrival mail on the manotel.com domain
OPERA Cloud is the enterprise PMS standard across major hotel chains and large independent groups, with a broad integration ecosystem (OHIP — Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform).
Revenue, Distribution & Commerce 1
Sabre Hospitality / Aven Hospitality (SynXis)
Central reservation system (SynXis Central Reservations) + white-labelled internet booking engine (SynXis Booking Engine) for all six hotels, on a single chain code
SynXis is one of the two or three dominant global hotel central reservation systems, holding rates, inventory and availability and pushing them to the brand website, OTAs, GDS and voice channels; it is bundled with a booking engine, a PMS (Property Hub), a retailing module (Retail Studio) and a unified guest profile (Guest Experience). The business began as SynXis Corporation in 1996, was bought by Sabre in 2005 for $41M, and was sold by Sabre to private-equity firm TPG for $1.1B in a deal that closed on 3 July 2025. On 27 January 2026 it rebranded from Sabre Hospitality Solutions to Aven Hospitality under CEO Teresa Mackintosh — sabrehospitality.com now 301-redirects to avenhospitality.com, so the customer-facing name is changing. It reports 35,000+ hotels in 175 countries and 600+ integrations, and in July 2023 it acquired UK-based Techsembly specifically for hotel gift-card and property e-commerce capability aimed at the luxury segment.
Marketing, CRM & Direct Booking 7
Email, SMS & Marketing Automation likely
Brevo
Newsletter / email marketing platform — account provisioned against the domain, but not (or no longer) an authorised sender
Marketing platform (formerly Sendinblue) offering email, SMS, chat and light CRM automation.
Cendyn
Website CMS (Cendyn Web, internally the 'Nova' CMS), design agency and web hosting for the group site and the property sites
Enterprise hotel CRM, loyalty and revenue platform — guest profiles, campaign management, loyalty programs and integrated digital marketing for hotel groups and chains.
Hotel Website & CMS likely
WIHP
Original builder of the 'Nova' website platform running all seven Manotel sites
World Independent Hotels Promotion — digital marketing agency and technology provider for independent hotels, focused on metasearch, paid media and direct-booking campaigns.
Tripadvisor
Review channel linked from the footer of every property site
Tripadvisor is the world's largest travel guidance platform, built on user-generated reviews (~1 billion reviews across ~8 million hotels, restaurants and attractions) and monetised through hotel metasearch, CPC advertising and two owned marketplaces: Viator for tours and experiences and TheFork for restaurant reservations. Its hotel-facing B2B products — Business Advantage, Sponsored Placements, TripConnect and the Review Express API — sell visibility and review volume back to the properties whose guests generate the content. Since 2011 it has traded on Nasdaq as TRIP; in April 2025 it absorbed its own parent, Liberty TripAdvisor, removing its controlling stockholder. After killing the paid Tripadvisor Plus subscription in 2024, the company relaunched consumer loyalty in August 2025 as Tripadvisor Rewards, a free app-only programme paying 5% back in "Trip Cash".
Direct Booking Conversion & Personalisation
PrivateDeal
AI 'make me an offer' price-negotiation slider — deployed on only 2 of 6 properties (N'vY and Royal)
PrivateDeal was a Swiss hospitality-tech startup founded in 2017 by Lucien Mauguin and Isabelle Jan inside EHL's Innovation Village in Lausanne, selling a white-label "smart negotiation" widget that sat on a hotel's own website and let guests bid their own price, with an AI algorithm privately accepting or counter-offering to close the booking direct rather than via an OTA. It won marquee Swiss logos — Swiss Deluxe Hotels rolled it out across more than half of its 40 five-star members in 2020 — and a distribution deal with HotelREZ in 2021, and it built an advisory board including Apaleo's Ulrich Pillau and TrustYou's Jakob Riegger. The company did not survive: PrivateDeal SA (CHE-132.791.145) was declared bankrupt by the Lausanne district court on 12 October 2023, proceedings closed in 2024, and the entity was struck from the Swiss commercial register. As of July 2026 privatedeal.com no longer serves a product site — it 307-redirects to an Afternic domain-for-sale lander, and the last Wayback capture of the live site is September 2025.
Direct Booking Conversion & Personalisation
The Hotels Network
Price-comparison and personalisation widget on all six property sites, run from one group-level THN account
The Hotels Network (THN) is a Barcelona-based hospitality technology company founded in 2015 by Juanjo Rodriguez that sells a direct-booking growth layer installed as a script on a hotel's own website. Its core is predictive personalisation and conversion tooling — price comparison, exit-intent messaging, A/B testing, dynamic content swaps and AI agents (KITT, Superpilot) — plus BenchDirect benchmarking and rate-parity monitoring. Critically, it also ships a Vouchers & Gift Cards module selling gift cards, refund vouchers and reward vouchers in multiple currencies with redemption tracking inside THN's own platform. Lighthouse, the London-headquartered commercial-intelligence unicorn, acquired THN in April 2025 and now markets it as the marketing arm of a single hotel commercial platform.
Metasearch Management likely
trivago
Metasearch channel carrying the properties
Hotel metasearch comparison site (majority owned by Expedia Group) where hotels and OTAs bid to display rates.
Guest Experience & In-Room Technology 1
LoungeUp (now D-EDGE CRM)
Guest CRM, messaging and pre/post-stay email (LoungeUp is D-EDGE CRM); authorised to send mail as @manotel.com
LoungeUp is a Paris-based hospitality CRM founded in 2011 by Mathieu Pollet and Lionel Tressens (its own site dates the company to 2012) that centralises guest profiles and automates guest communication across email, SMS, WhatsApp and Messenger, plus online check-in, mobile key, a guest app/digital directory, upselling and the Dmbook staff-operations tool. It was acquired by D-EDGE — the hotel-distribution subsidiary of Accor — in March 2024 and rebranded D-EDGE CRM in July 2025, positioning it as the guest-relationship layer of D-EDGE's CRS + booking engine one-stop-shop. Since joining D-EDGE it ships a built-in Loyalty Programme module: hotel-branded tiers with rules on stays or spend, automatic perks and members-only rates, and a digital loyalty card inside the guest account, wired to the D-EDGE Booking Engine to drive direct bookings.
Data, Integrations & Infrastructure 1
Google Analytics & Tag Manager
Web analytics and ad tagging — but deployed as SEVEN separate GTM containers, one per website
Google's web analytics (GA4) and tag management (GTM) stack — the near-universal default for hotel websites, usually deployed as a single GTM container that loads GA4, ad pixels and consent tooling.
Demand Networks & Affiliation 4
Agoda
Secondary OTA channel
Booking Holdings' OTA brand, strongest in Asia-Pacific source markets, distributing hotel inventory worldwide.
Booking.com
Primary OTA channel for all six hotels; listed under 'X Manotel' brand names
The dominant online travel agency for European accommodation, taking commission (typically ~15–20%) on bookings it originates.
Expedia Group
OTA channel (Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity listings live for the properties)
Global OTA group distributing hotel inventory across Expedia, Hotels.com and partner sites, with its own One Key loyalty programme.
HRS
Corporate-focused OTA channel — relevant given Manotel's heavy MICE/international-organisation demand
German hotel booking platform with a strong corporate travel and managed-lodging business across DACH.
Running several of these systems at once?
Blue connects an existing hotel stack into one guest profile and one loyalty balance across every property — without replacing the PMS.
