Dorf Tirol / Tirolo, Italy
SPA & Relax Hotel Erika
A five-star family wellness, spa and gourmet hotel at 559 m in Dorf Tirol on the ridge above Meran, trading as HOTEL ERIKA S.R.L. (VAT IT00529740219, REA BZ-85052, share capital €90,000, incorporated 1978; CIN IT021101A1586ZOV59). The site brands itself 'Wellnesshotel Erika' and 'SPA & RELAX HOTEL ERIKA | Familie Nestl'; Josef Nestl is the registered managing director. The house publishes 79 rooms and suites plus three luxury apartments — 82 keys, about 170 guest beds — across some 32 room categories from a 24 m² Teenie double to the 120 m² Apartment Erika, at €210 to €370 per person per night including the three-quarter-board 'Erika Verwöhnpension'. It began as Pension Erika in the 1960s under 'Oma Mair', opened as Hotel Erika with 80 beds in 1975, and has been rebuilt in stages ever since: underground garage and tennis court in 1986–87, the 'Sonnenreich' wellness wing in 1996–97, a pool and relaxation rebuild in 2005–06, the bar and indoor pool in 2023–24 and, most recently in 2024–25, a new garden area, a 25-metre sports pool and new villas. The wellness offer runs to a 2,000 m² spa plus a 2,000 m² garden with a mediterranean sauna park, twelve saunas, eleven water attractions, several outdoor pools and a supervised children's and teenagers' club running seven days a week. The Lumina Spa sells a full priced treatment menu — MEI and QMS facials, massages, ayurveda, cosmetics and dedicated kids' and teens' treatments — from €12 to €198 per treatment, entirely outside the board rate. Its food and drink side is unusually commercial for a house of this size. The à-la-carte restaurant and the bistro card are OPEN TO NON-RESIDENTS from 12.00 to 17.00. The Vinothek 'Pepikeller', founded by Josef 'Pepi' Nestl and now run by sommelier Andreas, holds over 550 Italian and international wines, publishes a wholesale price list, runs tastings, sells over the counter and ships cases to guests' homes after departure — orders taken by e-mail, freight €69–119 to Germany for 24 to 72 bottles. The hotel presses its own olive oil from an Erika olive grove on Lake Garda and from what it calls Italy's northernmost olive grove in its own garden (awarded a 'Premio speciale'), has made its own apple balsamic since 2022, bottles wines under the Erika label, and runs two further retail surfaces: a physical 'Erika Deko-Shop' beside the house bar and an online 'Erika Shop' selling wine, gin, grappa, olive oil and home fragrances. It runs a genuine repeat-guest scheme. The Erika VIP Card is earned on reaching 70 cumulative holiday nights and gives 10% off the board rate on seven-night bookings inside three published date windows and 10% off ALL spa treatments year-round. The house is a founding member of Belvita Leading Wellnesshotels Südtirol, a co-operative of 30 family-run five-star and four-star-superior wellness hotels that account for about 3% of all South Tyrolean overnight stays; Seniorchefin Erika Nestl gave the keynote at its 2024 general assembly. It took first place in the wellness-hotel.info ranking of the 100 best wellness hotels for 2026, out of more than 1,600 assessed properties. Commercially the stack is agency-built and unusually deep for an independent house: a Condeon CMS built and hosted by vioma GmbH of Offenburg, a vioma BOOKING engine embedded on site, a second Zimres booking-and-voucher engine on booking.erika.it, ADDITIVE+ Marketing Automation live since 2020, vioma NEWSLETTER, a vioma BAROMETER post-stay feedback survey, a Chatbase AI assistant, a Curator.io social wall, an Ecwid storefront for the shop, and a published AI grounding page. There is no guest login, no member rate and no single guest record anywhere in it.

Property Management System unknown
ASA Hotelsoftware (ASA)
ASA Hotel — LIKELY, NOT CONFIRMED
The dominant South Tyrolean hotel property management system, founded in Kaltern in 1989 and now selling across Italy, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Sells a full suite around the PMS — reservations, front office and folio, plus booking, channel and CRM/marketing modules — and in 2025 became the PMS partner of Romantik Hotels, its first large multi-property European win. Family-owned rather than PE- or exchange-backed, which shows in a slow, integration-friendly product cadence.

Zimres
Zimres
Booking, guest-communication and payment tool for hotels, deployed on a per-hotel subdomain (e.g. <hotel>-booking.zimres.com) and built on Laravel Livewire. Positioned as a complement to the hotel's existing PMS rather than a replacement: online booking and enquiry from the website with staff-adjustable prices, discounts and conditions, distribution to booking platforms, guest communication and payment. Its product also includes a VOUCHER TOOL that lets guests buy and personalise vouchers on the hotel website with online payment, and transfers the voucher automatically into ASA Hotel for redemption.
ADDITIVE
ADDITIVE+ MARKETING AUTOMATION (ADDITIVE OHG, Lana)
South Tyrolean online-marketing agency and software house for hotels, operating from Lana. Its product line runs under the ADDITIVE+ brand: MARKETING AUTOMATION (the platform), MARKETING INSIGHTS (tracking and reporting), CRM (segmentation), VOUCHERS (voucher and incentive marketing) and NEWSLETTER. Deployed per hotel on its own tenant under additive-apps.tech.
vioma GmbH
vioma GmbH (Offenburg, DE)
German hotel software house and web agency (Offenburg, Baden). Product line: vioma CST7 (reservation/administration system), vioma BOOKING (its IBE / booking engine, embedded via the VRI widget), vioma CHANNELS (channel manager) and vioma VOUCHER (online gift vouchers). Also builds hotel websites, so at many clients it owns the site AND the booking path AND the voucher shop. Managing directors Gerald Sandu and Swen Laempe; HRB 472438, Amtsgericht Freiburg.
